1. When the goods are delivered, please make sure that the packaging or the outer box of the goods are in good condition, and check whether the order quantity matches.
2. After you submit the order in the e-store, if the order is accepted by us, we will confirm the delivery time and date with you. However, the delivery date will be adjusted accordingly due to the delay in the bank approval of the credit card you are using. Before the arrival of the goods, the deliveryman will call to notify you. Please check whether the ordered goods are complete, and the recipient will write his name and signature on the delivery note to confirm the receipt of the goods. All delivery dates and times are estimated delivery dates and times. Viall shall not be liable for any loss or damage you may incur due to delivery delays.
3. Exchanges and Returns
Customers are responsible for carefully checking all product information (including product model, specification and price) before ordering. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing an order. If the customer still wants to exchange or refund, the company's relevant arrangements and terms are as follows:
1. In general, we do not accept any request for product exchange or order cancellation.
2. When you receive the goods (including delivery or self-pickup), you must immediately check whether the ordered goods are damaged and complete. If you find that the product you ordered is damaged, you can call our customer service department to arrange a replacement.
3. If we agree that you have the right to replace the product, but the requested replacement product is sold out, we will refund the relevant money to you.

5. We have the right to refuse to replace the signed goods due to the appearance of the goods and the lack of accessories. If the gift is damaged, we will arrange to reissue it as soon as possible.
6. If you find that the size of the product does not meet your needs:
